Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary by hotel, room, rate plan, offer and booking date. Always review the booking-specific cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.
FREE CANCELLATION
If a booking is clearly marked as Free Cancellation, the customer may cancel within the stated free-cancellation period without the cancellation charge specified for later cancellation. The applicable deadline is shown during booking.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
After the free-cancellation period, a cancellation fee may apply according to the conditions accepted during booking. The fee may be a percentage of the booking amount, a room-night charge or another disclosed amount.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS
Bookings marked Non-Refundable may not qualify for a refund after confirmation except where otherwise required or specifically approved under the applicable booking terms.
NO-SHOW
If a customer does not arrive and does not cancel within the permitted period, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and the applicable cancellation or no-show charge may be applied.
EARLY CHECK-OUT
Unused nights after an early check-out do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any adjustment depends on the hotel and the conditions attached to the booking.
HOTEL CANCELLATION
If a confirmed booking cannot be honoured by the hotel, the hotel and/or LOLO Rooms may assist with an alternative arrangement or an eligible refund depending on the booking circumstances.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are normally returned through the applicable payment channel. The time for funds to appear may depend on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet or payment gateway.
MISUSE
Repeated fraudulent bookings, deliberate misuse of cancellation facilities or attempts to bypass authorised payment processes may result in account review or restriction in accordance with platform rules.
